On a 12.5 meters wide by 25 meters long site, 8 apartments were planned, 2 for each floor of the building. They were to be arranged longitudinally and divided by three voids: a central cube for services and two lateral ones for vine-covered terraces that would work as filters between the public and private spaces. The access to the building is through a smooth-textured boolean that contrasts with the black-pigmented façade, which is made out of concrete strained through 60×90 cm wooden boxes with random perforations that allow for a 40% visibility, light and ventilation. Each apartment has 2-3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 parking spaces, storage room, and roof garden.
